For the Grad Program Coordinator to initiate your Advancement documents through DocuSign, please complete the survey below.
 
  • For a WINTER 2025 Advancement, this survey needs to be completed no later than Friday, March 14, 2025 @ 4PM PST.
 
Grad Division Filing Deadlines: https://grad.uci.edu/academics/filing-deadlines.php

After you complete the survey:
  • Expect an email from dse_NA3@docusign.net within 1-2 business days. This will be your official Advancement documents that will be routed for signatures.
  • When the document has been reviewed and signed by all parties, it will automatically be sent to Grad Division for review.
  • Approved Advancement documents will be sent to the Grad Program Coordinator and you will be notified of the status.
