Palmer Family Research and Conference Room Details
Location: Room 2608, 2nd Floor of Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute at 856 Health Sciences Road, Irvine, CA 92617

Intended use: The Palmer Family Research and Conference Room is intended for UCI and UCI Health events that are centric in supporting the mission and vision.

On-site event contact: It is your department's responsibility to assign an on-site event contact that will be manage all aspects of the event. This includes being on-site for the entire duration of the event, as well as coordinating food and beverage deliveries, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment, decorations, parking, building access, facilities clean up, and security if necessary. A request from your department will need to be made for facilities management to pickup trash and clean the room immediately following your event.

Capacity: Banquet style allows for 63 people (7 round tables of 9) and lecture style allows for 80 people. Roundtables and chairs are provided.

Restrooms: Utilize the main COHS restrooms that are located on floor one of the COHS lobby.

Parking: Parking is now available in the Health Sciences Parking Structure. Please view the most recent guide: SSIHI Parking and Directions.

Request Form Process: Complete all sections and fields of this form. Please note that submitting this request form does not serve as confirmation of your request. Requests should be made at least 2 months in advance. Once received, our team will contact you within 5-7 business days.
