Orange County Simulation Collaborative Interest Survey

Greetings!

Thank you for your interest in joining the Orange County Simulation Collaborative (OCSC). In alignment with the mission, vision and values of the California Simulation Alliance (CSA), the goal of the OCSC is to support the advancement of healthcare simulation in the Orange County area. This group aims to meet the needs of those involved in simulation in a variety of settings by providing a venue for advocacy, networking, and the sharing of ideas and innovative practices. This survey serves to gather basic demographic information and assess the needs of the Orange County simulation community.

If you are involved in simulation in any way, would like to start incorporating simulation into your organization, or would like to learn more about simulation, you are invited to complete this survey. You may also pass the link along to anyone else on your team or that you know who might be interesting in joining together to represent the Orange County Healthcare Simulation Community.
