ELIGIBILITY: The "SCES Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes" is open to any campus department or staff. Limit one (1) entry per person every year.
TO ENTER: Complete the "SCES Satisfaction Survey” above and provide a valid email address to be entered for a chance to win automatically. Or, send a 4” x 6” postcard addressed to Marketing Department (SUCD), A311 Student Center, Irvine, CA 92697-2050 requesting a chance to win the “SCES Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes” along with a valid email address.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be drawn at random no later than June 30 each year from among eligible entrants. Winner will be contacted by email with instructions on how to obtain their prize.
PRIZE: One (1) $25 Gift Card to The Hill.
ODDS OF WINNING: Can vary each year based on total number of eligible entrants received.
