ARC Wellness Fee Waiver Application

Please answer all questions thoughtfully, openly and honestly. The application board, comprised of Campus Recreation Professional Staff, will be reviewing each application and will determine the recipients of the program fee waiver. The application will be open throughout the current academic quarter, but applications for programs with specific dates will need to be submitted 2 weeks prior to the program date for consideration. Only one application is permitted per quarter. Applicants will receive a decision 5-10 business days after applying.
