Field Study Clearance Form 

Request clearance to use Research and Learning Assistant positions outside of the School of Social Ecology. 

 


What to expect after you submit this form: 



  • An email notice of your request will be sent to the Field Study Director 

  • Allow 5-6 business days for your form to be reviewed

  • Once it's reviewed, we will follow up via email with our director's decision

  • If it's approved, you will be able to submit the Course Enrollment form for the quarter of your selection.
