ARTS LAUNCH ORGANIZATION APPLICATION
2026-2027

Welcome to the Arts Launch Internship application process!

Please be sure to read more about your role as a potential Organization for our program, as well as our Application Guide before applying.

This application will take about 10 minutes to complete. Please have the following information ready:

Organization Information, including mission and values
Supervisor Contact Information
Supervisor management and mentorship style
Intern needs and goals

Applications should be submitted by each unit/supervisor.

If you have one unit/supervisor but are looking to have multiple interns, you only need to submit one application.
If you have multiple units with different supervisors looking for an intern, you will need to submit one application per unit.
When submitting an application, consider your organization's needs from September-June, the duration of the internship.
Please note that while we do our best to match the interests of the Interns with the needs of the Organizations, we, unfortunately, may not be able to provide all Organizations with an Intern.

A copy of your application will be emailed to you upon submitting. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email artsengagement@uci.edu so we may ensure its receipt. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder too!

APPLICATION DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2026 @ 12:00 NOON PDT.

August 2026 // Intern-Organization final matches & meetings
September 17, 2026 // Remote Orientation @ 10am
