We invite you to apply for LeadHER, a mentorship program dedicated to advancing women in leadership through meaningful connections, professional development, and community engagement. Hosted by the Women of the Dean’s Leadership Society (WDLS)—UCI’s first women’s philanthropy group—this program provides an unparalleled opportunity to learn from accomplished alumni and community leaders who will share their expertise, insights, and experiences. As part of this mission, LeadHER was launched in Fall 2023 to equip students with the skills, networks, and confidence necessary to succeed in leadership roles. Through structured mentorship, small group learning circles, and a tailored curriculum, LeadHER helps students engage with accomplished mentors, explore career paths, and build lasting professional connections.
