Please answer the questions below carefully and be sure to upload your Statement of Need in the proper format. NOTE: Only applications that are complete and include an attached Statement of Need that meet the stated requirements will be considered.
NEW! You are NO LONGER ABLE to apply for both the Transportation or the Wardrobe stipend. You can only apply for one.
For current financial aid recipients, eligibility may be affected by current aid.

What to expect after you submit your form(s):
- Wait for an update from our office.
- All forms will be processed AFTER August 8th.
- The Field Study Program will work with the Financial Aid office to ensure the stipend is accurately allocated.
- For students deemed eligible, funds will be disbursed through your ZOT Account before the end of the quarter.
- Additional paperwork is required for students interested in the Wardrobe Stipend program.
