The Fall '25 CEF is now closed. If you were able to secure a position after the deadline, you can submit to our Fall ‘25 Internal Waiting List for an opportunity to be considered for a
seat. 

 

FALL 25 INTERNAL WAITING LIST 

 

Please note that placement on the waiting list does not guarantee a seat. We are unable to provide a specific timeline for updates, but if a seat becomes available, we will contact you with enrollment instructions and a deadline to claim your spot before it is offered to the next student on the list.

Seats will be allocated first to graduating seniors (Fall  '25 candidates with a graduation application on file through StudentAccess) and then by order of submission timestamp. Once all seniors have been accommodated, we will proceed down the waiting list accordingly.

If you are not accommodated, or if you prefer not to wait for a potential seat, we encourage you to begin planning for Winter ‘26. You can find more details about summer field study procedures HERE. Regardless of your decision, we strongly recommend communicating with your supervisor regarding your status.
