Special Events & Protocol Request Form

The UCI Special Events and Protocol team is a group of professional event planners, helping design and develop high-level events to support University Advancement's priorities and mission. We specialize in events that connect university leaders to the community, require high-level security, or involve complex program management. To help with your event needs, we offer the following service options:

CONSULTATION: This option is for clients who will be managing their own event but are looking for advice on event planning best practices, vendor or venue ideas, and questions about university policies and protocol. By selecting Consultation, you will be connected with an Event Manager who will schedule discussion sessions to review your event details and questions.

EVENT MANAGEMENT: This option is for clients who require an Event Manager to plan and manage all event logistics including (but not limited to) securing a venue, creating an event scenario, ordering catering and rentals, and managing parking services. Once you submit your submit request form, someone from our team will contact you to further discuss your event needs.

UAAR CALENDAR ADDITION: This option is for members of University Advancement & Alumni Relations who wish to add their event to the UAAR Special Events Calendar - no SE&P support requested. Please select your preferred service option below. We look forward to connecting with you.
